Lost wallet found and returned after 40 years

77 year-old Rudolph R. Resta lost his wallet in 1971 at the old headquarters of The New York Times and it was recently found and returned to him by José Cisneros, a security guard who works at the building. The wallet is like a mini time capsule containing items inside that were untouched for 40 years.
